On February 27th, 2025, Petro team members from Poughkeepsie and Orange County marked their fourth consecutive year of supporting the local Center for the Prevention of Child Abuse (CPCA) by delivering a heartfelt donation of stuffed animals and snacks for children in need.
The team brought an assortment of stuffed animals—ranging from classic teddy bears to friendly dogs, cats, horses, dragons, and a variety of beloved characters from television, movies, and books. Each child arriving at the CPCA is gifted with a comforting stuffed animal, helping to provide a sense of security and warmth during their difficult time.
Faith Cass, Jill Feller, Catherine Krienes, Rob Miccarelli, and Linda Tasadfoy from the Petro team took great pride in gathering and delivering these cuddly toys. The CPCA expressed its gratitude for the generous donation and presented the team with a certificate in recognition of Petro’s ongoing commitment to child safety in the Hudson Valley.
The CPCA is a vital organization that works to prevent child abuse through education and support services, empowering families with the tools and knowledge needed to create safe, loving environments for their children.
A special thank you goes out to the Poughkeepsie team and the entire Orange County community for their generous contributions to this meaningful initiative.
